libhawknl-dev software package provides Hawk game oriented network library API (development headers), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhawknl-dev
libhawknl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhawknl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhawknl-dev *
You will get with libhawknl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
